AJ's health state

Since yesterday I've been receiving lots of e-mails sent through the website by my fans and I'd like to thank very much for them all. I'm home at the moment and I must admit I'm quite surprised how relatively well I feel today. Comparing it to yesterday, when I was on my way to hospital, it's not bad, really. I was terrified then I had broken my spine because the pain was so enormous and located in one point.

I didn't sleep too well last night but not that bad either. I had serious problems to get up in the morning. Every part of my body ached so much then! I couldn't really move but later on, hour after hour, I was trying to exercise all muscles and they have got better now. I can move quite freely although my back still aches like it was being stabbed by knives! But it's going to be better, I'm sure about it!

My van with Dudi and Sebastain on board has already got on a ferry to Riga and I'm flying to Latvia on Friday morning. By that time I'm going to rest and have a special laser treatment for my bruised bones and muscles.

I've been thinking about Polonia's current situation and actually everything is going to be decided on Thursday evening, after the Czestochowa v Wroclaw match. If Wroclaw lose, we'll be in the top 6 practically. If so, I might talk to the Polonia management and ask for a day off on Sunday. However, if the team really needs me, I will ride in Wroclaw that day!
