AJ's absence in Bydgoszcz test match
The last two days have not gone according to AJ's plans. Yesterday Andreas was going to come to Bydgoszcz with Frida and Vicent and then take part in a practice in the afternoon. Unfortunately, stomach flu kept Andreas in Sweden which means the captain of Polonia Bydgoszcz will not be able ride in today's test match against Poznan either.
I'm so angry - says Andreas - because I know I'm disappointing myself, my fans and the club management. I'm missing another practice and a chance to compare myself with other riders in a test match. I hope this absence will not have any bad consequences in this weekend's tournament. I'm going to fly to Bydgoszcz on Friday to meet up my fans at the open paddock day. I simply could not miss this event. Maybe I'll also get to practice a bit this weekend? I'm really weak at the moment due to my illness but I hope I will recover quickly.
