Speedway Grand Prix of Denmark in Copenhagen

Andreas finished 5th in tonight's GP at the Parken stadium in Copenhagen. However, scoring 13 points AJ has gone up in the series overall standing and joined Jason Crump on the fourth position.

Same as two weeks ago in Prague, AJ was the best rider of the main part of tonight's tournament missing only 2 points in his five races. Unfortunately, Andreas lost in a tough battle of the first semifinal and didn't qualify for the great final. 13 points seems to be a good result, though. AJ's now 4th in the SGP overall standing which is a great position to fight for the rostrum of this year's SGP series.

It was very similar as in Prague. My performance was really good and I caught up many points tonight. For a couple of weeks I have been feeling great on my bikes. Recently we have simply got no problems with setting them up properly. Even despite not going through to the final at Copenhagen, I can be satisfied with my races in the main part of the event. I won lots of points then!

I know it may sound a bit weird but the quicker I forget about my mistake in the semi, the sooner I will be able to win another tournament. I expected my rivals to attack me on the outside and this is where I was waiting for them to fight their attacks
off. Unfortunately, I didn't take into consideration that a roller flattened the inside part of the track before my semifinal! I was shocked a few whiles later when I saw everyone running away over there... Anyway, right after this event we have already started thinking about the next Grand Prix, at Torun, and considering what set-ups would work at that track.

I must say I appreciate a lot all support I get from my fans at such tournaments. It turns me on much when I see fans applauding, shouting and waving their flags. I receive lots of e-mails through my website from you and it's also a very nice feeling to know that you think about me not only when you visit a speedway stadium. I'd like to thank you for this support and please stay with me because I know that with your help I can do much more!
