KIKLOS training

Today at 10 Andreas took part in the KIKLOSS training of Air Fitness club in Bydgoszcz. This training is a kind of group exercises with dynamic music. Everyone from the AJ Racing team had lots of fun but as it turned out later on, KIKLOSS is very demanding. However, despite exertion Andreas was in a good mood and wanted to stay longer to have some extra exercises.

These exercises are very good because they don't overload too much which lessenes the risk of injury. What's more, they develop many parts of muscles and obviously you can train in a group. Today we came here with the whole team what I really like because it brings us closer together. I spend all the time in Bydgoszcz now as I have my house and the HQ here so I'm gonna do these exercises more often, even during the season. Of course it's not the same as riding on a bike but when the weather doesn't allow you to do some laps it's always better than lying on a sofa and watching tv!

As every Swede I like and do winter sports. Skiing and snowboarding but I have to be very careful due to a problem with my knees. I'm afraid it's something that will never leave me but now I know how to cope with this by warming up properly at least.

I try to lead an active lifestyle. Me and my mates often go out bowling, to the cinema or a restaurant. However, as it comes to relaxing I prefer doing this at home. Maybe because that normally I'm an active and travelling a lot person?
